Sunday – Sitting followed by chanting and teisho

9:00am during standard time months (fall & winter)
8:30am during daylight saving months (spring & summer)

Monday – Three 25-minute rounds with kinhin after the first and second rounds

7:00pm – 8:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday – One 60-minute round with posture change in middle

6:00am – 7:00am

Wednesday – Three 35-minute rounds with kinhin after the first and second rounds

7:00pm – 9:00pm

Friday – One 60-minute round with posture change followed by chanting

6:00am – 7:10am
